I bought a car from this dealership on [date], and within 30 minutes of driving it off the lot, the turbo completely blew. Thirty minutes. The car had to be towed back almost immediately. Instead of doing the right thing and letting me walk away from a vehicle that broke down the same day I bought it, they’ve been dismissive and telling me “that’s not how it works.” They expect me to just accept a car that failed before I even made it home. Buying a car is supposed to be exciting and feel safe — instead this has been nothing but stress, frustration, and feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, I would strongly warn anyone thinking about buying here to reconsider.

Between our business and personal vehicles we have purchased 8-12 vehicles from deacon Jones over a 10yr period. My wife decided to surprise me with a ram truck. I was having electrical issues after about 2 yrs, so i decided to trade in my 2022 rM Laramie. That's when I realized my wife paid 66k for this truck. We were 8k upside down , even after she put 8k down on it. I won't buy another vehicle from these people! I bought a 2500 from another dealer for less then the robbed my wife for a 1500.
Very dissatisfied, brought car in for transmission issues, repairs were done for scheduled maintenance. Transmission issues still need repair, could not state when parts or repairs could be completed, could not offer a loaner. Purchased this vehicle new from this dealership and had every scheduled service done here. I will not purchase nor have any service with this dealership again, very dissatisfied.
There was a complete lack of contact from your dealership about the vehicle and what was happening to it over the entire 5 days. You did not get approval for the work until we had to call you and that delayed the ordering of the materials needed. Then you did not work on it when you said you would only to find out later that you did not have all the necessary parts to complete it. No one there checked to make sure all the parts were delivered and you did not start working on it to discover it until almost a day later. You did not seem in any hurry to get the car back to me. We dropped the car off at opening on Monday, and did not get it back until Friday, which is a long time to go without a vehicle which only needed a water pump. Very disappointed in how we were treated and the length of time it took to complete the repair.
We had a great experience with the dealer and will come back when we are the the market for another car.
