A call was made to the service department and the car was put on the shop schedule for early the next morning. Due to the complexity of the service a loaner car was arranged and throughout the service time the dealership called to update me on the progress of the repairs. Upon completion the staff was helpful and efficient. A very good dealership experience. More

When we first met Matt Colla, DeVoe salesman, We have had a Buick Enclave since 2009. We have been customers of DeVoe Buick since that time as well. When we first met Matt Colla, DeVoe salesman, we were so impressed with his friendly demeanor and his willingness to take time with us to find the right vehicle for us. Since that time, we have returned for a 2009, 2011, 2013 and now 2016 Enclave. Matt really cares about his customers and made sure we were thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of the sale, financing, vehicle color, ride and even how my phone and bluetooth connected. The five star rating I checked above is also for the excellent service we continue to receive from John Ruth and his team in the Service Department at DeVoe. Thank you all for a job well done!! More

Totally unacceptable. Made appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Was very specific about tire rotation since two of the tire were brand new. Was clear about time constraints and was told that there would be no problem. As time for my meeting approached was told they hadn't started it yet. Had to reschedulrle my meeting. After taking four hours later than scheduled was told my bill was over $750.00! They had arbitrarily replaced two tires. Told them to put my tires back on . I wrote to dealership and Buick and never heard from either. More
