Oil change I was greeted in a professional manner, who introduced me to Dave Strauss, my service advisor. Dave was also very professional and courteous. Dave said I was getting an oil change, a complementary tire rotation, top off all fluid levels, a vacuum inside and a wash outside.I was in and out with in an hour. Outstanding job!! More

When they returned my "washed" car to me, I could barely see out of the windshield with the bug splats left on. I will take it back to see if they can make it right. It always reminds me of a sign I saw in a service department years ago which read, "Why is there never time to do it right, but always time to do it over?" More

Washed my truck with window open Oil changed on8/4/18. 8:00 am got I on my truck and water was coming out seat was all wet rug was soaked water was. In the door panel went back. The more I read about the product, I became aware this would be an excellent choice of vehicles to fit my needs. I did keep in contact with Carl-3weeks later I bought my car. More than I wanted to spend, but Carl worked hard to make the car affordable- he also spent much time with me going over all the features/equipment. .
