I recently had our Ford escape serviced at DePaula Ford. I was greeted immediately and welcomed by your service advisor Crystal who was awesome. After a service misunderstanding. Lenny Farnam not only remembered the incident and myself but went out of his way to correct the issue. Both he and Crystal Blackman professionalism was outstanding. I dropped off a fleet car approximately 1/22/21 for a review on the battery, the charging system, and review on the alignment as the car was pulling to one side. I never heard anything until I actually called nearly a month later. I did get busy and granted should have called earlier, but I would have thought the dealer would have the responsibility to call themselves. The only reason why I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the service tech (I believe it was Lenny?) that took the call and handled the situation was courtesy and professional about looking into why the car sat for so long and had no follow up phone calls. I'm a reasonable person and understand things happen, but not hearing anything is really inexcusable. More
