This dealership has lost my trust multiple times. Their body shop has absolutely no communication, and did not contact me with issues until I called them to confirm. My repairs took twice as long as origin body shop has absolutely no communication, and did not contact me with issues until I called them to confirm. My repairs took twice as long as originally quoted, and nobody called me to let me know it would take longer. I only found out when I called to see if it was ready to be picked up. Additionally, the shop continued to find more issues after the car should have been done, because they failed to open up and check the entire car in a timely manner. When attempting to call the shop, I was unable to get through on multiple occasions, and when leaving a message I did not get a call back. I have had two repairs to my car within the past year at DePaula, and I will not be returning as I am extremely unsatisfied with the shop and the customer service. More

Brought my vehicle in for a safety recall. While the dealership had it, they damaged it 3x including dropping a tool on it, getting into an accident with it in their parking lot, and causing a leak in t dealership had it, they damaged it 3x including dropping a tool on it, getting into an accident with it in their parking lot, and causing a leak in the sunroof which resulted in the sunroof controls no longer working. While they fixed the damage to the body of the vehicle, they have refused to face or responsibility for the sunroof. They sunroof worked when I brought it to them and was broken when they returned it to me. More
