My vehicle was at DePaula fir 29 days. The original service rep gave me an appointment . I arrived on appointment day. The service rep let my vehicle sit. She didn't call me. She was still delinquent with handling my vehicle. I didn't get any real attention until she no longer work there and I then engaged Service Manager Tom who got things moving. Before I engaged Tom , I suffered economically, emotionally...because I had no vehicle to drive. I finally got my vehicle on 29 days later. I was thankful. If was not for the service manager , I would never return to DePaula . The service manager has made me want to come back if I need to. Please bring back courtesy vehicles especially if parts are on back order and vehicle can't be driven. More
I have not used DePaula for service before. Where I bought my Explorer closed. I had two recalls to take care of and they were great! On time with the work and some suggested maintenance tips. Quick service with free courtesy inspection was nice. Car was parked very far away for me to walk to which was inconvénient. Also passenger side window was wide open and hood was not fully closed. Service is great but the prices Re high. $380.- to replace a key?. My brakes were done but they only did the rear?. I don’t understnd that.
