My vehicle was at DePaula fir 29 days. The original service rep gave me an appointment . I arrived on appointment day. The service rep let my vehicle sit. She didn't call me. She was still delinquent with handling my vehicle. I didn't get any real attention until she no longer work there and I then engaged Service Manager Tom who got things moving. Before I engaged Tom , I suffered economically, emotionally...because I had no vehicle to drive. I finally got my vehicle on 29 days later. I was thankful. If was not for the service manager , I would never return to DePaula . The service manager has made me want to come back if I need to. Please bring back courtesy vehicles especially if parts are on back order and vehicle can't be driven. More

I have not used DePaula for service before. Where I bought my Explorer closed. I had two recalls to take care of and they were great! On time with the work and some suggested maintenance tips.
