I won't be back. Very poorly handled. I didnt get a single status call. I had to call to get an update which was always- just a few more days and it will be done. Very poorly handled. I didnt get a single status call. I had to call to get an update which was always- just a few more days and it will be done. And the Ford extended warranty is wasted money! In their effort to save themselves a buck or two they cost me over $6000 in van rental fees. I would have been far better off to just have the transmission replaced.and pay it myself. Never again More
