This dealership had very poor communication and customer service.They attached their mission statement to my receipt and they severely failed to meet their own mission statement on service. Service was not service.They attached their mission statement to my receipt and they severely failed to meet their own mission statement on service. Service was not performed in the time promised and no explanation was given. While they had my car for a month each time I was told I would receive a call back for an update or anything I never did. Once the date had passed that they said the service would be done I tried to call and get an update. This was met with me either being hung up on, put on hold for 30 minutes at a time and having to call back because they forgot I was there or when I actually talked to someone they would not give me an answer on the status of my car because they didn’t even start the work yet. It took three hours of phone calls two days after they said it would be ready to find out they never started work at all. No one was blatantly rude or impolite during any exchange I will say that. There was just no quality or effort in the customer service I received and would never bring my car there again. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. More
