What a pleasant experience. I found the Passat I was looking for online, emailed the dealer and Brenda got back to me right away. She told me that they were waiting for a part to I found the Passat I was looking for online, emailed the dealer and Brenda got back to me right away. She told me that they were waiting for a part to complete a repair on the vehicle and that I should wait to come see it. Brenda kept me up to date on the status and once it was done I drove an hour to check out my Passat. The car was just what I was looking for. Brenda was such a pleasure to deal with. I was in and out in about an hour although I could have spent more time talking with the folks at DeLong (I think they wanted to go home, it was past closing time). Everyone was so nice and down to earth. I would definitely recommend DeLong Ford and the great staff to anyone looking for a car. More
