He patiently reviewed and explained the different features of each vehicle before I took them out for test drives and encouraged me to try out all the different features of the cars I drove. After test driving several Edges and an Escape, I narrowed my search and then he worked (went on line) to find an Edge that was in my favorite color with the accessories that I was looking for! BJ wanted me to be 100% satisfied with the vehicle I selected -- and I am! I certainly appreciated all his input and help through the car shopping process.
