I read reviews of this dealership online and the the wonderful experience people had working with them. We (entire family) drove an hour from the Chicago suburbs to work with them. We had already spent about a month going to different dealers here looking only to experience why I hate buying vehicles. At no time did Mr. BJ Johnson make us feel as we were being pressured into anything. The entire process was friendly and courteous. Honestly told us up front that our credit unions rate wouldn’t be beat by the in house financing options. So we didn’t waste time there. A very fair trade in value for our used vehicle. My wife will be in the market for a vehicle in a couple years. I will be looking at DeLong Ford again for our next purchase. More
