Top Notch When car shopping I generally avoid dealership's but my experience working with Doug and the crew at DeLong Ford made me realize there are still some When car shopping I generally avoid dealership's but my experience working with Doug and the crew at DeLong Ford made me realize there are still some good dealerships out there. Before calling DeLong Ford I had talked to 5 other dealerships about trucks they had that I liked but kept getting the run around. When I called and Doug on the phone I knew I was going to be buying my truck there. We drove down from Wisconsin the next morning to buy the truck and Doug took great care of us. It didn't take long to get all the paperwork out of the way but while we waited everyone there was very friendly. Made us feel very welcome and comfortable while we waited. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will be giving Doug a call first. More

Has absolutely no clue what’s going on within her dealership Asked about a truck back on 8/6/19 and she told me these set of trucks don’t come in until 8/17/19 and that she would check to make sure. Today on 8/1 Asked about a truck back on 8/6/19 and she told me these set of trucks don’t come in until 8/17/19 and that she would check to make sure. Today on 8/11/19 I get a notification that said the truck had sold on CarGurus. So I asked Brenda what the heck happened and she said I wasn’t sure if I offended you when I emailed you back . Worst experience ever and would never buy anything from this woman no matter how great of a deal. Very awkward to deal with and unprofessional More
