I had inquired about a jeep on their lot in line. When I arrived a salesman came out to greet me and take me on a test drive, tall guy with a long beard, he was fantastic. The first sales rep handed me off but ended up pulling another sales rep in due to his inexperience. Honestly he should have let the first sales guy in on my deal. The gal in finance tried to have us sign for something we already had and told us there would be a penalty for paying our loan off before 7 months, which we found out today from the lender to be untrue. It isn’t easy to buy a car these days but y’all definitely didn’t make it any easier. Im sorry the first sales rep got left out of my deal. More
