They bull crapped me with everything that was wrong with my truck. I told them the main problem was my rear end which is got metal chunks all in it and is broke now. They tried to tell me my transmission wa my truck. I told them the main problem was my rear end which is got metal chunks all in it and is broke now. They tried to tell me my transmission was bad and it’d need to be replaced when the transmission has got 17,000 miles on it. They wanted to charge me $13,000 worth of parts but couldn’t tell my insurance company why they wanted $13,000 to replace my “transmission“ when nothing was wrong with it and why I only paid $5,900 for the transmission a year ago. Brought my granddaughters 2018 Cruze in for a misfire code Initial estimate was for fuel injectors $1500 and induction service $180 and throttle body service $340 and also 4 spark plugs for $275 I appro code Initial estimate was for fuel injectors $1500 and induction service $180 and throttle body service $340 and also 4 spark plugs for $275 I approved all but the spark plugs because that to me was way too much After initial service the car still misfired now they want to change 2 coil pacts and 4 plugs after $2523.68 the car is fixed so if you do not mind them guessing at what it needs using your money then go ahead and use them. Me never again Also no need to complain to the service manager Paul Giacin remember he gets a percentage of all sales. More
