The tech said that my purchased windshield wipers wouldn’t fit. Took them to o Reilly and they put them on without a problem. The rep I was working with, Joshua, was extremely snarky and not pleasant wouldn’t fit. Took them to o Reilly and they put them on without a problem. When I went to crank up my truck (2024 33k miles) after the service was complete, the truck didn’t crank right away for the first time ever. I will not be back. More
Got charged $190. 00 just to do an inspection of my breaks. Also got charged god knows what else since my car warranty covered my AC repair. I have always been happy with the service I've received at Davis Mazda before this. However, on this occasion, there was a serious miscommunication. I dropped off my car before 8 a.m., assuming that the ro at Davis Mazda before this. However, on this occasion, there was a serious miscommunication. I dropped off my car before 8 a.m., assuming that the routine service it needed would be completed before noon, and then -- if the mechanics had time -- the other issues I had mentioned would be addressed. When I texted after noon to see what the status was, having heard nothing all morning, I was told nothing had been done and the car would not be ready until after 3, with ONLY the routine maintenance done. I've been a very loyal customer since getting this car, and I was not happy with the fact that my request for information about other minor issues meant my car was left there all day long, disrupting my whole plan for the day. And with no apology for the inconvenience. I cannot realistically rate the individuals here because other than Tyson Adams, I don't know who did what. I will say that this is the first time I've had a negative experience, and I have to wonder if it stems in part from moving the Mazda service to the Chevrolet area. More
