Took my Traverse for routine service. Excellent service like usual. I had both Sharon and Carla as service advisors. They knew their stuff and took excellent care from start to finish. When I arrived and entered the door 2-3 people greeted me. The service lady walked with me what I needed done to my car. She walked with me to the waiting room. Offered coffee and water. Shocked at the high price tag for services received. Extended warranty doesn't cover the maintence that was required. Service was good and advisor did a good job in explaining the issue. I was in sticker shock over the cost. When service was performed the cost for that was almost $500 for approx 2 hours on service.
