Just had my 2023 Bolt EV and 2022 Bolt EUV serviced this week, and my new service coordinator, Brad Kirker, did a great job. The EV was just a routine tire rotation, but the EUV needed to have some softwar week, and my new service coordinator, Brad Kirker, did a great job. The EV was just a routine tire rotation, but the EUV needed to have some software attention which turned out to be pretty time-consuming. Brad arranged for me to get a ride home with a really nice driver, and then Brad called me this morning to let me know that the EUV was ready. My wife and I picked it up, and the software issue was resolved, all under warranty, so no cost to me. Terrific service at a very welcoming dealer. I also picked up a Tesla charging adapter that I'd ordered the week before. It arrived exactly on time at the dealer and was paid for completely by reward point on my myChevrolet account. Not bad! More
