Mario and George were absolutely wonderful.They were friendly and helpful from the minute I walked into the dealership. They never pressured me or played any sales games with me.They were so patient....it was a 90 degree Saturday, and I had my 84 year old mother with me. They made sure she was comfortable in the air conditioned showroom, gave her cold bottled water, showed her where the hot chocolate machine was, and made sure she was ok while Mario and I walked the lot. I traveled 90 minutes from my home, and they went out of their way to close the deal that day so I didn't have to come back. Again, I can't say enough how nice, professional, and knowledgeable everyone was at Davis Acura.I will go back there for my next vehicle and recommend them to all my friends, family and co-workers. They made buying a car a pleasure...not a hassle. They ROCK !!!!! More

My experience started off miserable, as my purchase of '03 Blazer went sour....I had constant mechanical issues with the SUV and every week was bringing back vehicle. The dealer supplied a loaner but frustrated of the purchase..they bought back vehicle and allowed my wife and I to purchase another vehicle to our liking...They were accomodating witht he situation and even discounted our new purchase...The handling manager Tom was understanding and because of this, I will recommend the delaer in the future and would even consider purchasing another fromt here. My boyfriend and I were looking for a new used vehicle for our expanding family. We had decided before visiting Davis Acura that we were interested in purchasing a Acura RDX. My boyfriend and I have only had negative car buying experiences in the past and to be honest, we were not looking forward to having another one. When I first called Davis, I spoke with Ken in sales. He immediately put down what he was doing and answered all of my questions about the car and even took the time to test drive the vehicle and get a full report from the mechanic on the maintenance history. When we visited Davis and met Ken and his co-workers for the first time, there was no "fast" sales pitches thrown our way or any "slimy" techniques used to rip us off. They were very upfront about the price and what they could do for us. We were in and out within a matter of two hours and I honestly feel that we received the best possible deal on the vehicle we were looking for. Ken and his co-workers took the times to clearly explain all of the warranties and finical options available to us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Thanks! Walked in knowing what i was looking for and price range. Less than 48hours later the dealership had the car at the right price. it was very easy to get along with and work with Mario. Fran was great, very informative, patient, knowledgable, and friendly. He offered to allow us to take the car home and decide if this is what we wanted.
