Mark was very professional and friendly, taking the time to show us every detail about the car and patiently answering all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and the few questions he couldn't answer himself he quickly was able to get answers to. We ended up purchasing the car from Mark and the whole process was a pleasant one -from negotiation, finalizing paperwork, getting the car ready to reviewing all the controls before driving off with the car.
