He pulled the TL up, let me check it out, then proceeds to tell me that theres a recall on all TLs and TLXs, and that he wouldn't be able to sell it to me until the summer. I asked him why Amy would tell me to come down then, and he says she probably got mixed up. Their communication skills cost me time and money. More

An evening never to forget I had searched for the car online until I located one at Davis Acura. So on a Monday after work, I started the 45 minute journey to the dealership. Ken McDaniel took care of me on arrival and within 5 minutes I was on a test drive. Anyway I traded in and purchased my dream car, Nissan Pathfinder which I drove home. With a sales guy like Ken, Davis Acura has an asset. I had a coupon which I forgot to present at the time of purchased. I sent a text message to Ken and within minutes, he sent my $50 e-gift card. What a great service!!! More
