The General Manager Scott even came down to congratulate my family and I on our purchase. This was the third Ford dealership we visited and it was easily our best experience! Rolled out the red carpet until they saw my credit score I went to this dealership after looking online for a car. I knew my credit was not good but I wanted to see if I could trade my current vehicle for an I went to this dealership after looking online for a car. I knew my credit was not good but I wanted to see if I could trade my current vehicle for another with a lesser interest rate. I made an appointment to come see the vehicle and was treated like royalty when I walked in the door. After a test drive and talking some numbers I was waiting on the bank loan reply and to my surprise I saw another person test driving the vehicle I wanted. Shortly after a different man, other than whom I'd been working with, came in with my keys and told me they would call me if the bank decided to give me the auto loan. This guy pretty much pushed me out of the door. I felt extremely embarrassed and almost cried when I left this place. NOT BECAUSE I HAVE BAD CREDIT...BUT BECAUSE OF THE WAY I WAS TREATED. They hadn't even gotten a reply from the bank and were telling me to be about my way? I guess the people with good buying experiences here have great credit and lots of money down. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! More

Do not expect sales and service to communicate, they make promises they don't keep, and waste your time because of poor communication. More
