Purchase a new vehicle We were treated great, no pressure. When you arrive to the dealership you are greated by an individual (technician/rep.) who knows just about everythi We were treated great, no pressure. When you arrive to the dealership you are greated by an individual (technician/rep.) who knows just about everything about ford vehicles, not by a salesman... hence no pressure. This individual is able to answer just about any question you may have about the vehicle you are looking at. How many miles per gallon, size of the engine, features and how they work, and any other question you can think of. The salesman does not enter the picture until you are reasy to buy, giving you the space to make a decision and not be pressured. I loved this new way of selling. Thank all you Trevor for your patience and answering all our questions, he was awesome! He actually picked the vehicle we purchased just by listening to us. He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Thank you Julian for the friendly, quick and easy car buying experience. This is our 3rd vehicle from you, THANK YOU! We will be back. More

Fixed it I have taken my truck to the same dealer for a long time and never had any problems. I have had a rear end noise that they told me was tire noise, too I have taken my truck to the same dealer for a long time and never had any problems. I have had a rear end noise that they told me was tire noise, took it to them 3 separate times the noise is getting louder...tire noise. So I decided to take to Villa Ford that my friend told he is very happy with, spoke with Randy and long story short truck was fixed in 2 days! These guys are awesome, Randy is a great guy kept me in the loop the whole time, you have a new customer!! More

Experience with Villa Ford and Randy Excellent customer service on Randy's part. I took my 2015 F150 SuperCrew Lariat in for some body alignment issues and a screeching noise coming from Excellent customer service on Randy's part. I took my 2015 F150 SuperCrew Lariat in for some body alignment issues and a screeching noise coming from my twin panel sunroof shade... No hesitation, they took my truck in and Randy was very informative through out the entire process of what was being done! Customer service is key to a successful business! Keep up the great work Randy.... FYI im a Ford enthusiast at heart.. and this is one reason why I have now owned 5 Fords and 3 of them have been F150's I appreciate it Erik Montes More
did not complete the job I went in for my initial service. I also had problem with the drivers seat. After the car was there for about 6 hours they called and asked if I could I went in for my initial service. I also had problem with the drivers seat. After the car was there for about 6 hours they called and asked if I could leave it overnight in order to fix the seat. I said no. Then about 2 hours later they called and said the did not have the parts to fix the seat and I would have to bring it back. On the paper work it only references the call to keep the car overnight. More
