From the moment I called, Aj, the sales manager, was courteous enough to send me updates on the vehicle I was interested in via text messages.This was a great technique especially since I was a potential buyer driving over 200 miles to test drive the vehicle. Aj stayed in contact with myself via text, and email the whole drive up; making me feel as if I was going to a local dealership. By the time I made it to the dealership, they had the car waiting in front and ready for the test drive. They were not pushy salespeople and when I made the decision to purchase the truck I was finished with financing paperwork in a few hours. I had a great experience with every different department at Villa ford so all seekers of a new car go visit this establishment! More

Warranty charger replacement Brought my car in to replace the recalled modem. Meanwhile, my charger had been overheating, no matter where I plug it in, while other identical cars Brought my car in to replace the recalled modem. They were finally able to reproduce the problem at the dealership, and worked to get me a new charger. Good as far as that goes, but it does bother me a bit that Ford wouldn't replace the charger based on my complaints - they needed to see the problem. More
