I Purchased a 2004 Thunderbird from Zak in the Internet department on Saturday mid day and he sent me th This is NOT a reputable place to do business! I Purchased a 2004 Thunderbird from Zak in the Internet department on Saturday mid day and he sent me the credit card authorization form and the wiring instructions to transfer the funds into the dealerships bank account. He sent me a text telling me he had the car on hold for me with a sign in it until I got him the money and congratulated me on my purchase. That afternoon I e-mailed him the authorization form to withdraw the deposit of $745.69 and first thing Monday morning I wire transferred the rest of the money ($15,000.00) into the dealerships bank account. I didn't hear from him so I called David the sales manager on Monday afternoon and he told me he would check the convertible top for me on Tuesday when it stopped raining and assured me that the car was being held for me. I called today and left another message for David as Zak wasn't there again today and just now over six hours later I get a call from Oscar Salazar telling me the car was sold to someone else on Saturday. I believe it was because they found a local buyer and didn't want to bother with shipping the car to Texas even though I paid them to do so. DON'T TAKE THEIR WORD FOR ANYTHING! More

From the moment I called, Aj, the sales manager, was courteous enough to send me updates on the vehicle I was interested in via text messages.This was a great technique especially since I was a potential buyer driving over 200 miles to test drive the vehicle. Aj stayed in contact with myself via text, and email the whole drive up; making me feel as if I was going to a local dealership. By the time I made it to the dealership, they had the car waiting in front and ready for the test drive. They were not pushy salespeople and when I made the decision to purchase the truck I was finished with financing paperwork in a few hours.
