Much to my surprise the Service writer Robert Bowen asked me if I had purchased the car from Villa Ford, I of course said yes and he said well in that case your Oil and Filter change are free, so I ended up paying $12.95 for the Works Package that included tire rotation and a wash. I was extremely pleased with the friendly atmosphere and also the work that was done . More

Service Manager, Brian, went the extra mile! We brought our Edge in for an oil change. Our service tech was out and Jeremy helped us. He was very kind and helpful. During an overall inspection We brought our Edge in for an oil change. Our service tech was out and Jeremy helped us. He was very kind and helpful. During an overall inspection, mechanic noticed that the power steering hose had a leak. When repairs were made, we were not kept updated with the cost. The final invoice was much more than anticipated. Brian went the extra mile and adjusted our bill as much as possible and gave us a free oil change for our next service. Thanks to his excellent customer service, we will continue to use David Wilson's Villa Ford dealership for our service needs. More
