Service Manager, Brian, went the extra mile! We brought our Edge in for an oil change. Our service tech was out and Jeremy helped us. He was very kind and helpful. During an overall inspection We brought our Edge in for an oil change. Our service tech was out and Jeremy helped us. He was very kind and helpful. During an overall inspection, mechanic noticed that the power steering hose had a leak. When repairs were made, we were not kept updated with the cost. The final invoice was much more than anticipated. Brian went the extra mile and adjusted our bill as much as possible and gave us a free oil change for our next service. Thanks to his excellent customer service, we will continue to use David Wilson's Villa Ford dealership for our service needs. More

Poor customer service with service. My family has been purchasing our Fords here for more than 30 years and are normally very happy. I personally have bought my last 3 Fords here and my My family has been purchasing our Fords here for more than 30 years and are normally very happy. I personally have bought my last 3 Fords here and my wife's family has purchased at least 3 others. I live 18 miles away from them, but go to them as we had been very happy with them. When I first tried calling to get an appointment the phone rang and rang with no answer. I call back an hour later only to find the service center is closed and I can't make an appointment. The next day they call me saying they had a missed call from me. Get transferred to service to make an appointment. Tell them I need an oil change and there is a recall on my wife's car. They are unaware of the recall. (Seatbelt pretensioners are burning through seat belts during crashes....slight safety issue) schedule an appointment that I had to cancel due to work issues. Call yesterday to make an appointment just for the oil change and get an appointment time of 830. I drive the 18 miles and get there at 830. At that time I am told the car will not be ready until after 2 pm. 5 1/2 -6 hours for an oil change. Why wasn't I told of a MAJOR delay when I made the appointment or called in the morning and told that there would be a delay. 5 1/2 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. No warning so I can arrange my day just told when I get there that it will take 5 1/2 hours for an oil change. I attempted to call to speak with the manager of service and my call is disconnected before I can leave a message. Try calling back and no answer. Extremely POOR customer service More
