Poor customer service with service. My family has been purchasing our Fords here for more than 30 years and are normally very happy. I personally have bought my last 3 Fords here and my My family has been purchasing our Fords here for more than 30 years and are normally very happy. I personally have bought my last 3 Fords here and my wife's family has purchased at least 3 others. I live 18 miles away from them, but go to them as we had been very happy with them. When I first tried calling to get an appointment the phone rang and rang with no answer. I call back an hour later only to find the service center is closed and I can't make an appointment. The next day they call me saying they had a missed call from me. Get transferred to service to make an appointment. Tell them I need an oil change and there is a recall on my wife's car. They are unaware of the recall. (Seatbelt pretensioners are burning through seat belts during crashes....slight safety issue) schedule an appointment that I had to cancel due to work issues. Call yesterday to make an appointment just for the oil change and get an appointment time of 830. I drive the 18 miles and get there at 830. At that time I am told the car will not be ready until after 2 pm. 5 1/2 -6 hours for an oil change. Why wasn't I told of a MAJOR delay when I made the appointment or called in the morning and told that there would be a delay. 5 1/2 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. No warning so I can arrange my day just told when I get there that it will take 5 1/2 hours for an oil change. I attempted to call to speak with the manager of service and my call is disconnected before I can leave a message. Try calling back and no answer. Extremely POOR customer service More
1st Service Visit w/Villa Ford Service was great. Employees and service advisers were very friendly, professional and even called me approx 20 min BEFORE vehicle finished...just to Service was great. Employees and service advisers were very friendly, professional and even called me approx 20 min BEFORE vehicle finished...just to give me a "head's up" in case I wanted to head over now. I thought that was great! And very helpful. When I picked up my car they had included a free car wash. Loved that. Also, I noticed the inside of the car was covered with protective plastic & paper, on the floor, on the seats including the back & head rest. After they brought up the car to me, they removed it all of course. But I was impressed with how careful they were with my vehicle and keeping it clean. More
Six months to get registration on a purchase! I purchased two vehicles this year from this dealership and they dropped the ball both times with my registration. No one returns calls unless you call them and leave voice messages over and over and over again. They simply don't care about you after they take your money! I will never buy a car from them again! Horrible experience both times! David Wilson does not take calls, in fact he makes sure that his managers don't have his contact info. That's what they tell you when you ask. David is too busy for his customers and his service proves it! More
