1st Service Visit w/Villa Ford Service was great. Employees and service advisers were very friendly, professional and even called me approx 20 min BEFORE vehicle finished...just to Service was great. I thought that was great! And very helpful. When I picked up my car they had included a free car wash. Loved that. Also, I noticed the inside of the car was covered with protective plastic & paper, on the floor, on the seats including the back & head rest. After they brought up the car to me, they removed it all of course. But I was impressed with how careful they were with my vehicle and keeping it clean. More

Six months to get registration on a purchase! I purchased two vehicles this year from this dealership and they dropped the ball both times with my registration. Horrible experience both times! David Wilson does not take calls, in fact he makes sure that his managers don't have his contact info. That's what they tell you when you ask.
