There is also a bunch of other terrific staff, and a machine that makes a HUGE variety of hot drinks (these little touches can make a big difference!). Also the lounge is open and inviting, and the dealership is freeway close and easy to find. More

The person who I made the appointment with did not tell me I would have to leave the car for a day a I had made an appointment for an air bag recall. Much to my surprise the Service writer Robert Bowen asked me if I had purchased the car from Villa Ford, I of course said yes and he said well in that case your Oil and Filter change are free, so I ended up paying $12.95 for the Works Package that included tire rotation and a wash. I was extremely pleased with the friendly atmosphere and also the work that was done . More
