Hi Steve, While disappointed that you're dissatisfied with your vehicle, we've worked our hardest to satisfy your needs and have provided you with numbers and paperwork in case you wanted to pursue a buyback claim with Ford Corporate. As I mentioned, we as the dealership cannot initiate the buyback request and we've provided you with the phone number to call to initiate a buyback.
