Their repairs are always good. HONEST service that is hard to find elsewhere After some not so good experiences with different Ford dealerships I finally found a home for my suv here at Villa Ford. I was referred to Dan Newf After some not so good experiences with different Ford dealerships I finally found a home for my suv here at Villa Ford. I was referred to Dan Newfield in the finance department at Villa Ford for an extended warranty by my good friend Vikki. I already have the best service advisor here named Janey. I purchased a used 2017 Ford Explorer and wanted to buy the bumper to bumper extended warranty. I knew what a "good" price for it was before I went in. Dan immediately had another finance manger named Dean Eltawil help me out. I explained to Dean some of my bad experiences at other dealers and told him I really thought we should be able to do this in 30 minutes. Much to my surprise I was able to let my guard down early and walked out of there in less than 45 minutes with a FANTASTIC deal. It was not just the price that made me happy. It was the service that Dean provided to me. As I said before I have a great service advisor here. Now I feel like I found the perfect team also to refer other friends to. Thank you! More
