Wes was my sales person. He was very patient and not pushy at all. A couple days later after buying the 2016 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO I heard a noise from the AC/Heater. Needless to say they took it to a Toyota dealership nearby and Wes and Carlos from The service department had Toyota put in a new blower and they paid for it & made it right.
