David Wilson's Villa Ford

This was my first experience with a ford dealership after my initial purchase of my vehicle. The attendant was nice and knowledgeable but after my service, my oil life indicator came on stating my oil was at my initial purchase of my vehicle. The attendant was nice and knowledgeable but after my service, my oil life indicator came on stating my oil was at 0%. This led me to doubt that I actually received the oil change service and maybe even my whole service entirely. When I went back to try and get service for the recall in place, I was denied to “the system is down”. Unfortunate that a black screen recall couldn’t be fixed due to the ford network being down. Additionally I need a gasket to be fixed due to a factory defect but this could not be fixed either due to the network outage. I really hope that the story’s of ford ownership are all un factual but so far experience has been sub par. More
