It was the experience afterward that really made me a believer in Oliver C. Joseph... So...I wanted a sunroof in my new Jeep Patriot and dropped it off after work to have it installed the next day. I requested a Wrangler for a loaner (because I had always secretly wanted one but thought I was too old). They said my car would be finished the next day. During the night my daughter went into labor 2 weeks early in Chicago. I wanted to be there for the birth of my first granddaughter but my only means of transportation was a loaned car! I tried other options: plane, train, friends cars, etc. but nothing at 0200 in the morning was going to work. I couldn't get in touch with anyone at the dealership, so after much thought I took the car and drove to Chicago. I called the dealership the next morning and did not know what type of response to expect. To my surprise, Greg, the manager said, "No problem-just bring it back when you can". I stayed in Chicago for 3 days and brought it back immediately upon return to Belleville. Jason met me at the door with the keys to my car and exchanged cars without question. He even asked me about my new granddaughter! I was very grateful for the kindness I received and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car purchase. More

I went into the dealership not to look at a new vehicle, but to inquire about a used vehicle. After speaking with Rodney for a very short period of time he realized that I could still be in my price range but to inquire about a used vehicle. After speaking with Rodney for a very short period of time he realized that I could still be in my price range with a new vehicle. I never thought that was possible. After two trips to the dealership and only two test drives, we knew we found our vehicle. We stayed in our budget and now have a brand new 2011 Chrysler 200 and are very excited about it. Rodney went out of his way to stay late both evenings we came it to make sure we were taken care of well. We wouldn't be in this new vehicle had it not been for Rodney Painter. More

On our way to a funeral in New Mexico when the van broke down just outside of St. Louis. Oliver C. Joseph said the cost to fix the air conditioner Compressor clutch was 1123.98. We pointed out there was an down just outside of St. Louis. Oliver C. Joseph said the cost to fix the air conditioner Compressor clutch was 1123.98. We pointed out there was an extended warranty on the AC, they said yes but not on this. We asked them to look it over as well. After getting the vehicle back they told us they performed a 26 point courtesy inspection on all of our fluids and brakes. But could not confirm whether or not they fixed the warranty part. A month and a half later our brakes start to fail and I take the van to Midas and we find out that the dealership put power steering fluid in our break fluid. This resulted in a 2300.00 fix, which the shop manager will not talk to me about. To top it all off my air conditioning stop working again- this time due to the warranty part that they never fixed nor checked. We are now 600 miles out of the warranty. So this will cost us another 950.00 to fix. (side note our dealership in Louisville said the compressor clutch failed because the warranty part was bad/leaking and needed to be replaced in the first place.) So Oliver C. Joseph has cost me a lot of money and I hope everyone will stay far far away from this place. We called the Chrysler Customer Care line and the dealership even lied to them on the date we were there, stating we were having our vehicle serviced back in 2009. (This started 4/28/2011) More
My husband and I were very pleased with the fact Bob indicated that we did not need a tune-up. Most service places would have gone forward with the service in order to make $$. What I am not please abo indicated that we did not need a tune-up. Most service places would have gone forward with the service in order to make $$. What I am not please about is the fact I indicated to him that I had trouble starting my car (which he in fact had the same trouble when he moving my vehicle forward) hence the reason I thought it needed a tune-up and I am still having that same trouble now. I will wait a few more days and see if the issue stops since having the sections cleaned out that he recommended to my husband. Mrs. Loveless More

Ricardo worked very hard to not only get me 2 car loans but to do that with an interest rate that was great. I traded in a 2005 Town & Country on my 2010, I love the van and will never drive anything else. When I need a new Town & Country I will only do business with Oliver C. Joseph. I won't even price shop to other dealers. Everyone there was GREAT!! My salesman even called me from the Cardinals game (that he was going to miss so he could be there to meet me on the night we signed the papers, but I wouldn't let him do that)he called me a couple of times to make sure everything was going good. Which it was because Ricardo Guzman was GREAT!!! I will send all my family and friends to see Olive C. Joseph!!! More
