Drove 4 1/2 hours because we knew exactly what we were looking for and found it there, during a freak late March snow storm. The car was decent and the price was average. If they try to wow with their s looking for and found it there, during a freak late March snow storm. The car was decent and the price was average. If they try to wow with their showroom, they do it well because it is a nice place. But I think the snow storm worked to their advantage because we could not see the broken windshield until all the show cleared off the car. Of course I am not talking about a chipped windshield, I mean a baseball hit my windshield crack. At least they are fixing they shake, hopefully new tie rods like they said and I am glad they didn't slide the 4 different tires past us. They told us over and over again about their 125 point inspection, I don't get it..."We ran a 125 point inspection, we know what is wrong with this car lets see if you can find them." Typical shady car dealership only this one wears a nicer suit. More
I took my 2010 Dodge Journey in for a routine oil change. I had an appointment for 10:30, but I dropped it off when they opened at 7am. I picked it up at 4pm, when I left work. They managed to NOT change the I had an appointment for 10:30, but I dropped it off when they opened at 7am. I picked it up at 4pm, when I left work. They managed to NOT change the oil and just parked it in a different spot. I had to take it back the next day for them to try again. I have explained malfunctions in multiple areas for months about problems with my NEW car, and because they cannot duplicate it, my concerns are dismissed. When it broke down after 6 months of ownership, they acted as if I was bothering them and gave me attitude about getting a loaner car for the weekend while they fixed min. The sales department is GREAT. The service department is snooty, condescending, and acts as if everyone is an inconvenience on them. If I had not already paid for 3 years of oil changes at the time of my purchase, I would not be going back there for service. I can see why they want you to buy the service package at time of purchase, because they cannot keep customers otherwise. More

We recently purchased a new Town & Country. Brad and his staff made the entire purchase experience simple and easy, and we got an excellent price (they explained all of the different offers, rebates, and fi staff made the entire purchase experience simple and easy, and we got an excellent price (they explained all of the different offers, rebates, and financing options so you could figure out which combination gave the best possible price). We have purchased other cars from Oliver C Joseph before and had the same great experience. And the best reason is their after-the-sale support - they stand by what they sell. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. More
