Bad Service and wrong diag Took my Jeep in to have some issues looked at - There was a transmission issue - told would cost 1900 to fix. AWESOME EXPERIENCE I just have to say that dealing with Jason Joelner(sales) and Mike Perniciaco(finance) had to be one of the best car buying experiences I have EVER ha I just have to say that dealing with Jason Joelner(sales) and Mike Perniciaco(finance) had to be one of the best car buying experiences I have EVER had!! They knew my situation coming into the deal yet they helped me get into a brand new car, something I never thought I would own in my life. I had been turned down by other dealerships so many times, Meyer Honda wouldn't even return my phone calls, it kinda makes a person feel real discouraged. I was prepared for the big NO answer again but they really wanted to make this work for me, and they DID!!! The whole staff at Oliver C Joseph made me feel welcome. I was shocked when another salesman took me on my test drive, he wasn't getting anything from the deal yet he took his time for ME while Jason was with another client. I know how commission works and I have never been to a place that works on commission, tips, etc where another employee is that willing to help get a job done. I was just HIGHLY impressed with the whole experience. They made the car buying experience a delight (as it should be). I came to Oliver C. Joseph 2 weeks into my search for a new car. I was very discouraged after dealing with a few other dealerships who shrugged me off, treated me as if I didn't matter, and weren't very willing to help me get into the car I wanted. That was not the case here, from the moment I contacted them they were eager to help me and within 24 hours of contacting them I was driving off the lot in my dream Charger. I'm so thankful for them!
