I had my own financing so when I went to them to purchase a vehicle, they gave me a total selling price. I called my credit union and pucked up the check bright and early the folliwing morning. Less than 24 hours later, they tried to swindle me out of an additional two thousand dollars. When I did not take the bait, they tried to put me in an older year vehicle. Worst expereience ever!!! Beware!! Do not shop here!! More
Terrible Sales Manager- Jason Vice Me and my wife entered this store in hopes of trading in her 1 year old jeep for a new model. I told the salesman what we owed and what our price ran Me and my wife entered this store in hopes of trading in her 1 year old jeep for a new model. I told the salesman what we owed and what our price range was and he acted like it was manageable so he ran the numbers. When he came back with the payment plan from the sales manager, it was much higher than we said we could do which was no big deal, he told us to come back in a few months with some more to put down and we could make it work. Before leaving, he told us that the sales manager, Jason Vice, wanted to speak with us just as a professional courtesy. The manager marched over to us and instantly started questioning us as to "WHY WE WERE WASTING HIS TIME!?" As if his job is not to run numbers and make sales. He said "Why are you making us jump through hoops for a vehicle that you knew you were not going to be able to afford?" I told him that HIS salesman had told us that our target payment was reachable to begin with.. and we did not even test drive the vehicle. We were there maybe 25 minutes. He stormed away and said we better just leave. The original salesman apologized to us and said he "had no idea why that guy is such an xxxxxxx" and gave us the man's name, since he didn't bother introducing himself. My wife ran out of the store in tears. I wrote emails to both the store owner AND the store manage and never got a response. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVERY RECEIVED FROM ANY BUSINESS! More

W On December 12 my daughter and I went to this dealership to buy a Dodge Dart. We had looked at several places and found the one she wanted there. We arrived at 10:00 am and did not get done with the transaction until 3:00 pm. There was a small scratch on the drivers side door which they agreed to fix. The contract had the Moose package in the contract which I was not asked if I wanted it. When asked if I had to take this the sales person said no but maybe we could get a discount. The manager came back and discounted it to $695. from $995. When I still said no he said that the chemicals in the air could damage the paint job and that the pigment in the paint was not any good. About this time I was ready to walk away since he did not stand by his product. He really tried to pressure us into taking the package but again I said no. We waited again for the finance rep. When we finally went into talk to him again we were pressured about an expended warranty. When I said no he told my daughter why are you listening to her your buying the car. We finally finished with the car and when the sale rep went through the functions of the car the tire pressure light was on and he told her it was because it was cold outside and it would go to normal once she drove it. It did not .She was told to come back the following Monday to get her door fixed. She was going to come back that Monday and was told it was too cold and the paint would freeze to come back the following Monday. She went back the next Monday and they were closed. She went back the following Monday and they were closed. She finally got it fixed today. They fixed the paint, Check the tires and left two of the caps off which we did not find out till we got home and had to fix the speedometer. My daughter was told she would get a gas card for all her trips and when she got there no one knew anything about it. Also the day she left with the car the windshield washer fluid was empty. Really, a gallon will only cost you under $2.00 and this was a new car. The sales person was very nice but the rest of the experience was horrible. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.. I bought a second car from another Dodge Dealership and did not experience any of this. They could have had another sale. More
do your research and find your own bank use only banks that don't have gap so they can use contracted gap company. tell you that you can't get better than them. choose banks with the highest use only banks that don't have gap so they can use contracted gap company. tell you that you can't get better than them. choose banks with the highest interest rate. pnc have 5.9% interest but doing my own research c&cu gave me 2.59% on the loan. ocj ran my credit 9 times and they chose one of the highest quotes but passed up Catholic and Community cu which was one of the smallest quotes . bad talks credit unions but majority of the places they ran credit was with credit unions. run for the hills. go to any dealer informed. the process for the car not in front of finance manager was hours. unnecessary. did not want to budge on car price. we should have ran but just refinance after doing our research after the fact. if you made a deal than find a credible company that is lowest in rates and payment. also charge highest price for car that it's not worth therefore your upside down and need gap. OCJ was very po In the end I'm happy that this dealership was so awful / unbelievably arrogant because it helped me get a better car / deal elsewhere. OCJ was very pompous and refuses to negotiate a single penny off their vehicle prices in hopes they can stick it to you. They will tell you that you can't find a better deal anywhere, but don't fall for it because they are completely full of crap! The sales team at their Dodge Chrysler location will try various slimy sales tactics so be careful. Luckily, for me my bullshh!!tt meter was on high alert and it sent me permanently packing right out of their doors. Going there was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any dealer. I will never step foot in that snake trap again. The good news though is that OCJ's sales techniques led me directly over to Royal Gate Dodge in Columbia where I found a much better deal on a much better / quality vehicle. Royal Gate was so easy to work with and I cannot be happier with the vehicle and price they gave me. Hats off to Royal Gate for earning my business. Piss off Oliver c Joseph you suck! More
Maintenance customer service I contacted the service department to schedule an appointment to bring my 2015 Wrangler JKU in for them to look into a few potential concerns. The cus I contacted the service department to schedule an appointment to bring my 2015 Wrangler JKU in for them to look into a few potential concerns. The customer service was amazing! Based on our discussion of my issues they reserved a loaner vehicle (not a jeep, but it was still nice!) for me before I got there. Then when I got there the team was extremely nice and took every symptom I provided for their technician to be able to do his job. I was impressed at the level of depth they went to to diagnose the problems. The jeep was in the shop for a few days and I received an update call every day from Jennifer who presented knowledge information and was pleasant to talk to. Same good experience when the jeep was done and I arrived to pick it up! More

I spoke with Harley first and offered him the opportunity to beat or at least meet a deal I had received from another dealer for a new car I wanted to purchase. I told him I would like to keep my business local and if they could at least meet the deal I would buy from them. I shared the specifics I was looking for and the details of the other offer I had on the table. He said he would call me back, 4 hours later I had to call back. He was receiving a new load of vehicles in and they took a message. Another Sales manager returned my call and I wish I would have wrote his name down, but quite frankly I was so caught off guard by the whole conversation that I simply forgot. I repeated my earlier conversation that I had with Harley and mentioned I would like to extend an offer for them to beat or meet my currant deal. Before I could even give him the specifics or the deal I was interrupted and received a 15 minute lecture about "HOW NO ONE IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS COULD BEAT HIS PRICES"! Seriously for 15 min I heard this over and over! Finally he took my specifics and as soon as I shared my deal he said "I bet I know who offered you that deal" I said I wouldn't deny or confirm that information. He then proceeded to tell me that I could just go buy that new car from them! I replied with no problem and that is exactly what I did and I got the exact deal I wanted! I don't mind having to drive 20 minutes, but its unfortunate that the local dealer has such an arrogant self-righteous person representing their company. I guess I can look at this in a positive way and realize I was saved from doing business with the likes of Oliver C Joseph! I will never do business at this establishment EVER! More

From the time my wife and I entered the dealership, to the signing of the paperwork, everything about the purchase was hassle free. Jason Joeiner was our salesman and he could not of been any more help. He answered every question we had and was very professional. I am very satisfied with Oliver C Joseph dealership and want to give special thanks to Jason Joeiner. Great job to all the workers and I will be back in the future. More
Increased sales price on contract without informing buyer First off I want to state that I not not find the sales rep Dan at fault on this dispute since I found him to be very professional & couteous to my ne First off I want to state that I not not find the sales rep Dan at fault on this dispute since I found him to be very professional & couteous to my needs. I believe the increase of the sales price was not under his control where the dealership descreetly changed the sales price on the contract document on the vehicle without warning that they had done so in order to meet my request on trade-in value. I first verfied Internet Sales Price as $28,916 on this 2014 Dodge Challenger 2dr Cpe R/T Classic Stock #: 10413 with sales rep & had seen it written on the paperwork generated by sales rep. I disputed my trade-in value & the dealership sales manager came back by splitting the difference of what I desired for trade-in focusing all my attention on how they met my request by discounting the "Moose warranty" from $1,000 to $600 but never told me on their intent of not honoring the internet sales price as I saw on the paperwork. Unfortunately, I signed the agreement without noticing the sales price increase of $995 from the internet sales price until I got home that night. I confronted the dealership by on-line internet then by email reply several times last week but could not confront them personally since I work in Kentucky. The business never responded to my concerns or made a good failh effort to explain their action other the on-line link reply followed by an email reply from Kelly that talk that she had forward my concerns to sales. I believe that the dealership was"unethical" with their intention of deceiving me on the sales price without the coutesy of letting me know that they had changed the sales price. I have the right to ask for a valid and sincere explanation where there should be some type of settlement if in fact they had all intentions of deceiving the buyer. More
