No satisfaction after sale Purchased 2017 ram1500 night edition. Salesman was great service dept was great. Finance manager pushed extended warranty by stating transmission could be a problem and they offer a warranty that if you dont use it they buy back. I purchased warranty and after researching transmission i decided to cancel the warranty. 60 days had passed and the dealership had still not sent out the paperwork to mopar vehicle protection so i could receive my refund. At this point i have been given the run around and misinformed, to put it nicely, about how to receive my refund check. Today i was told extended warranty is now cancelled and a check was sent to the lean holder, but then i was informed that Oliver C Joseph had asked mopar to stop payment on check and now i need to send mopar a loan payoff statement from the financial institute so a check can be mailed directly to me since loan has been refinanced. I contacted Oliver C Josephs general manager Greg Castelli and he informed me the best he could do was send off the loan payoff statement for me. This has taken what was a pleasurable buying experience and turn it into what i would expect from a nonreputable used car lot. So much for sevice after the sale. More

Rude, liars, and very condescending Drove 4 hours just to find out I had been lied to about price and to be treated in a rude and condescending manner. I knew things weren't going to go well when the salesman, who I had spoke to multiple times over a week period, couldn't figure out which vehicle I had come to see. Not only that, he also struggled for some time to find the vehicle and the keys. Once the vehicle was brought up to the front, it wasn't even clean inside or out. Talk about a bad impression. When it came to the numbers, they presented a price that was $3,000 over what I was told the price would be. To top off the entire thing, a manager came out to "explain" their pricing and proceeded to tell us if I used my own bank for financing that he wouldn't work with me. After voicing our frustration with their lies and high pricing the manager told us he was "done" which at that point we left without another word. I would not suggest buying from this dealership ever. More

I bought a brand new 2017 ram crew cab 4x4 big horn hemi. 50g. it had a issue from day one going left. it was in service 4 times. all they managed to do was put 75 miles on my truck. and never fixed it. then told me never come back again after I called dodge customer service. it's a new truck. and they refused to fix it. do not buy from this dealer!
