It is now the 2nd weekend in October and through numerous attemps to get my key ( I live over an hour from the Dealer) I just picked up an enevelope from the post office today which was basically shipped COD. So I paid for the additional shipping and the key was cut wrong yet again. Ive made numerous phone calls about the key, visited face to face on more than one occassion about the key, now writing reviews about the key. Sad a simple key has been and still is so difficult to obtain from this dealership. More

Rude and unprofessional My wife went in to review warranty information and cancel some of them. The financing person & owner ( Brad Oliver) were very rude to my wife in the presents of my youngest child. I wonder how rude they will be when i go up there. Never the less was this was the second visit back up there. The 1st was an overcharge by the financing person and they expected us to trust their over priced warranties and coverage. They get an -10 and if you go there read the fine print. They have no exact answers on coverage info and offered one financing rate over 5% for A one credit rating. More

Finance manager pushed extended warranty by stating transmission could be a problem and they offer a warranty that if you dont use it they buy back. I purchased warranty and after researching transmission i decided to cancel the warranty. 60 days had passed and the dealership had still not sent out the paperwork to mopar vehicle protection so i could receive my refund. At this point i have been given the run around and misinformed, to put it nicely, about how to receive my refund check. Today i was told extended warranty is now cancelled and a check was sent to the lean holder, but then i was informed that Oliver C Joseph had asked mopar to stop payment on check and now i need to send mopar a loan payoff statement from the financial institute so a check can be mailed directly to me since loan has been refinanced. I contacted Oliver C Josephs general manager Greg Castelli and he informed me the best he could do was send off the loan payoff statement for me. This has taken what was a pleasurable buying experience and turn it into what i would expect from a nonreputable used car lot. So much for sevice after the sale. More
