This was the most frustrating car being experience ever. They were transitioning to new ownership and I do understand that some setbacks are bound to happen. But it took A MONTH for me to get all the final paperwork and register my car. I called almost daily to find out information and I was told countless times that they would return my call ASAP and they never did. Then when I was at the DMV, I found out that the information that was filled out on the title was wrong and I had to drive back up the dealership for a 3rd time. When I told them I was driving with expired plates, one service man told me to just "drive slow but good luck if you get a young trooper". Rather than apologizing for the issue and owning up to it, they just made excuses for the poor, slow service. More

I was returning with a follow on issue I do not believe was caused by prior repairs but because it was related to the prior repairs they took care of it at no cost to me. I had one of the worst experiences at this dealership. I came in on Monday, March 22nd for an oil change. The lady greeted me and after discussing that I needed an oil change she said it would be 59.99. I came in on Monday, March 22nd for an oil change. The lady greeted me and after discussing that I needed an oil change she said it would be 59.99. I said ok, how long will it take. She said around 45 minutes. Another young lady came and got me about an hour later asking if I was Frank. I said yes, she said your car is done. She walked me out and she said it would be $71 and some change. I asked if that is right since the oil change was 59.99? She said tax. I said wow that is high tax. She slammed the paper and said she was not going to argue and she would change the price. After banging on the computer keyboard and ripping up papers, slamming down the new papers, and having me sign it, I was really thrown off. I think I was in such shock that I didn't know how to respond. I was going to call today but then I received this survey so here it is. I believe her name was Sarah but I don't have the paperwork in front of me. I highly doubt I will come back after being treated like that. I bought my 2016 Jeep there and never had an experience like this at this dealership until Monday. More
