I waited nearly a year for my Jeep dashboard to be repaired. I, not customer service, made phone calls & had to follow up. Then when my part finally came in; my repair took more time than estimated (d repaired. I, not customer service, made phone calls & had to follow up. Sales associate Crystal was great, very nice and down to earth. Sales manager was a bit condescending when attempting to explain to me technical details about the truck, of which he was incorrect on.
