Beware anything service related with this dealership! ! Over 2 thousand dollars later from recommended services like shocks and struts, sway bar links, and whatever else they did to my vehicle never fixed ! Over 2 thousand dollars later from recommended services like shocks and struts, sway bar links, and whatever else they did to my vehicle never fixed the issue my vehicle was having. I worked in a shop for years and informed them from the very start that I was having play and a rubber rubbing noise with a slight clunk in the front end of my vehicle when accelerating. Everything about that diagnosis said control arms were probably needing to be replaced, but was told that my shocks and struts were bad even though I never had issues with them that I knew of, so with them assuring that was the issue I got them done, and the issue was still present. In fact I have more creaks from my shocks and struts then I did with the factory ones which shouldn't even be happening. After having my car in their shop for four weeks with no loaner as they replaced my misdiagnosed shocks and struts, they were supposed to inspect my ac as I mentioned it was short cycling. After being told it was fine, it went completely went out and had to be completely replaced when all it probably needed was an ac service to prevent my car being in the shop for another 2 weeks replacing basically the whole system after there was metall shards through the whole system from it blowing up. After about a month of dealing with my front end still having issues i ho again to tge dealership, and their master mechanic James, the same one who has already been diagnosing my vehicle, goes with me in my vehicle to duplicate what im hearing while I drove. About less thab 5 minutes in to the drive he decides to take a phone call for some kind of healthcare stuff or something like that for the whole drive, and then tells me pulling in to the dealership as he gets off his phone that all he heard was road noise from my bad tires? How do tires go ka klunk or go er er like a rubber noise, they dont, but his phone call was more important than trying to get my car fixed. Fast track to now, months later after going back and forth with mitsubishis service center about the front end still having issues, I decide to go to to an alternate shop and low and behold I was right about the control arms. The bushings were cracked in the rear of the driver arm which was the worst side of the noise, and the passenger side rear bushing was beginning to crack as well. After having them replaced I have not heard one ounce of noise from the front end and no play as well. I put their master mechanic to shame twice, and I'm not even a certified technician if that says anything to anybody looking to get service there. I said something was wrong with the ac and I was right, and I also said the control arm was most likely the culprit which I was also right. Don't let them get you like they got me, because I can tell you right now their master mechanic will probably not care about your vehicle unless it is making him money. What a waste of over 2 thousand dollars for something that was covered under my warranty the whole time!! More
