new car has hail damage (update) purchased new mustang gt on 7/7. i love the car. but i have discovered hail damage on the hood, roof and trunk. small dents, hard to see but once you purchased new mustang gt on 7/7. i love the car. but i have discovered hail damage on the hood, roof and trunk. small dents, hard to see but once you see then it's impossible to not see them. while signing paperwork, salesman (kevin) presented a hail damage document. i hesitated to sign. Salesman: "its a formality", "you've checked the car and haven't seen anything", "don't worry its fine", etc. trusting the salesman and wanting to get my new car, i did sign. i don't remember what the document specifically stated. i hope it doesn't mean that i'm left with the repair bill. i'm mostly upset with myself for not listening to my gut and check the car again, specifically looking for hail damage. while i love the car, i would not have purchased it if i knew it had this damage. or at least i wiuld have negotiated a different deal. i hope the dealer will fix the car. waiting hear back from them. this has dampened my excitement of owning a car i otherwise love. i am willing to revisit my rating based on how the dealer responds to this issue. UPDATE: the hail dings were fixed, it looks great. when i went to pick it up, they did not charge me!! The body panel issues were not fully repaired so i'll need to take back to fix those issues under warranty. i expect the same excellent service. highly recommend David Stanley Ford! More

Mack Back the salesperson and Sale Manager Mr. Dishman along with the Finance rep worked hard to get me approved. Not only did they get approved they got me into a better car with lower miles and 6 years newer. They got me a payment I could afford and priced the car lower than what it was advertised on the internet for. But that's not the best part, the best part is they did that with an extended warranty and GAP insurance. Which with the higher interest rate I'm paying which was already foreseen, it's a huge relief. Thank you guys so much for all the help, I would definitely send my family and friend and go back myself. More

Do not purchase a vehicle from David Stanley Ford, Agreed to purchase price and terms (cash) for Ford F-150 from David Stanley Ford. Two hours later they had increased the price of the vehicle by $3, Agreed to purchase price and terms (cash) for Ford F-150 from David Stanley Ford. Two hours later they had increased the price of the vehicle by $3,000 and said that they would only honor the original price if we agreed to go through financing process, as opposed to paying cash. We had agreed to a price and a payment terms and were prepared to drive from Houston to OKC to make the purchase, and they were dishonest in their actions. More

My wife is very happy now driving around in her Malibu. I went to David Stanley ford because my wife's car needed to be put out of it's misery and I didn't want to waste a bullet on it. I was met by a sales manager who found Cali to take care of me. Professionalism at it's best. She presented what, after talking about what my wife was wanting, and presented me several options that she thought my wife would like. I chose what I thought my wife would like, and she really tried to like the car, but she just couldn't. I contacted David Stanley and they said no problem after I explained with Cali's help what had transpired. Cali was busy with making another friend, so she turned me over to Lea to help me.
