Won't be back I came wanting to trade in my car for a non fancy pickup. Thought I bought it until they told me as I was walking out the door that I still needed to I came wanting to trade in my car for a non fancy pickup. Thought I bought it until they told me as I was walking out the door that I still needed to get financing and it was a loaner. After all day and all week of them saying they would get financing they finally did. When I didn't agree to the terms they were able to obtain 6 of them came in and tried to pressure me to sign. We told them we wanted our car back and to forget it. They said they didn't know where our car was and to think about it over night. The next morning we called and asked to have iur car up frobt. When we got there tgey started tge pressuring thing again. We said we wanted our car. We FINALLY found out that they sold our car. Needless to say, we were upset. They ended up taking our car away from the people that had bought it. I've felt bad for them and wonder how they fared. I will NEVER be back. I could never trust them to be ethical at all. More

Justin Douglas was great as well as the Finance Manager. Awesome customer service by them three. Very helpful of finding the best deal and what I was looking for when I first got there. Your service manager that checked us out was exceptional - friendly, honest, acted that he was glad we were customers and was there to help in any way that he could. Gave us his phone # and a backup phone # of someone else that would help if he was out. He should be commended for his attitude and dedication. The lost key coverage & insurance deductible coverage was a bonus we were not expecting - more good customer service that someone was thinking about after the customer has been sold. Brandon Thornburg was great to work with. We drove over 4 hours and it was worth it. Why don't you open up in Tyler, TX. you would put some dealers here out of business!! I will look to you first on my next auto purchase. More
Worst Used Car Dealership I went in to trade my BMW M3 with no issues with it at all for H3 that they had posted on line for 7998. at first they offered me 8000 for my car and I went in to trade my BMW M3 with no issues with it at all for H3 that they had posted on line for 7998. at first they offered me 8000 for my car and then told me that I would still owe 3400. then they tried to tell me that they wanted 11000 for the H3. so when they finally came down on it to what they where asking online they still wanted me o pay 500 plus 389 for fees. I really needed a larger vehicle so I ended up agreeing to it and signed the deal. BIG MISTAKE. As i was leaving the parking lot the check engine light came on. the salesman told me that I could come back the following week and get it checked out. I had a mechanic that I know check it out first and he told me that it needed new fuel injectors and then he checked the oil and said that there is rust in the oil and that it seemed like it had not been changed in years. so i took it back to the dealership the next week to get them to check it out and now they are telling me that there is nothing that they can do. I know that i bought the car as is and signed the contract but i did that with good faith that this is a dealership and that they checked the vehicle out before selling it. and that they wouldn't lie about checking it out for me. i was told by a different salesman when I went back up there that they are all new and that they do not know how things work there. this place is a joke and now I am out 1500 dollars because of making a mistake by signing over my perfectly good car that was worth 13000 trade in on KBB for a xxx. More

They just take your money I was approved for 2016 mustang. I drove 3 hours to the dealership expecting to sign papers at the price I was told at 29k. Once I get up to finance t I was approved for 2016 mustang. I drove 3 hours to the dealership expecting to sign papers at the price I was told at 29k. Once I get up to finance they tell me I'm not approved and I need a co-signer. Once my co-signer got the papers he noticed they had added 5k on top of the 29k. Took the car back and I didn't get my down payment of $800 back like they said they would do. Therefore they stole from me. More
