Great experience My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 F150. I traded in my 2011 F150. Upon driving into the lot, we were "window shopping" and Denton promptly got m My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 F150. I traded in my 2011 F150. Upon driving into the lot, we were "window shopping" and Denton promptly got my attention and introduced himself. He asked what we were interested in and I told him I was considering trading in my truck. We decided to give Denton an opportunity to explIn what the dealership and Ford had to offer. We are glad we gave him the opportunity! As a business owner/manager in Midwest City, I really wanted to keep my business local. Both my wife and I have had prior sales experience and detest strongarm or pushy salespeople. I can honestly say that was NOT the case with Denton. He was polite and friendly and didnt come across as "slimy", which we have experienced at other dealerships. He explained the promotions that Ford and David Stanley Ford had to offer. We both fully understand that car sales can be tough. Denton seems to understand what it takes to close a sale. Be informed, be nice. LISTEN to the customer. Talk to both the husband and the wife. All in all Great Job Denton. If this review goes straight to management, my main request is for you to acknowledge Denton as an asset to your sales team.
