We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. Xtime has not shown correctly the (3) times have had it in for service. I have sent email, texts and voice communication to the service department with no responses. The PermaPlate was incorrectly applie in for service. I have sent email, texts and voice communication to the service department with no responses. The PermaPlate was incorrectly applied. Passenger side mat was damaged during a recent service visit. You would think with spending $100k at a dealership, the service would be a bit better. And I continue to send thousands after my purchase on add-ons…no difference. More
