We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. I was very impressed with the service department with their communication as to when I should have my vehicle back and the updates as to when they as to the parts needed to make the repairs. Service was friendly, however my estimation of completion slipped from a Thur, to Friday, to Monday, and wasn't ready until Tue. When I picked up my vehicle there were stains on both driver and passenger se slipped from a Thur, to Friday, to Monday, and wasn't ready until Tue. When I picked up my vehicle there were stains on both driver and passenger seats, boot scuff marks on door frame floor panel and the floor mat was dirty. None of which were in this condition when I turned it in. More
