I was contacted by my salesperson, Stephanie Latina about options available to me. Through a few text messages back and forth she found exactly what I wanted on a future shipment to Dave Smiths. She sent me the window sticker and it was perfect. Easy application process online and it was a done deal. Never talked to anyone on the phone, ever! Now I fly into pick up my new wrangler rubicon unlimited hard rock edition on friday, they even pick me up at the airport! Thanks again as this is the 3rd new vehicle I have bought at Dave Smiths, and especially to my salesperson, Stephanie Latina for making it all come together, effortlessly! More

A van for conversion, motorhome, or a pickup capable of anything I decide to do. The pickup kept rising to the top. My wife recently lost patience with me and demanded I pull the trigger now. My local dealers had inventory but nothing that turned me on. I have friends who have used DSM. I have been looking at vehicles on their website forever. I gave them a call. Soon I was talking to a salesman(Julius) about my wants and needs. The next day he sorted through the vehicles and gave me a few to study. One of those quickly fit the bill for price and equipment. He sent me up close photos. I reserved the truck and drove 450 miles to complete the deal a week later. After looking it over and taking it for a spin we shook hands and completed the purchase. I was able to spend time with the accessories manager and met with service to get more questions answered. DSM was a purchase experience unlike my previous vehicle purchases beginning with my first new car back in 1977. The time I spent there was longer than normal but it was all pleasant. No hassle. No pressure. I have done a couple purchases with auto brokers years back. They went smooth but I don't think the savings were significant. More

Acceptable first time expereiene I regularly purchase fleet vehicles for my company. I called Dave Smith because what I wanted was not available locally. The salesperson was a new em I regularly purchase fleet vehicles for my company. I called Dave Smith because what I wanted was not available locally. The salesperson was a new employee to their company but he was very respectful and tried to be helpful. We went through their inventory and were able to find a truck that met our needs. We put a hold on the vehicle with a deposit. We asked for some accessories to be installed on the truck and their folks who handle that were first class. The Finance Office: that's a different story. We tried for two days to get a loan rate out of them to no avail. After a couple requests our Controller finally got a total amount due including sales tax, so she financed it here locally. I informed them that we weren't financing with them before I ever bought a plane ticket to fly to Spokane. Dave Smith's shuttle service was first class; the driver was on time, friendly, and had good things to say about here employer. That was nice to hear. Upon arriving at the dealership I was disappointed to learn that the paperwork for the transaction had not even been drawn up. I was there almost three hours for a very easy transaction so I'm not too impressed with that. When I finally sat down to sign the papers, the Finance Officer was nice but wanted to let me know that Dave Smith could have given us a better interest rate than the one we got. It wasn't his fault, (we'd tried to finance with a different guy in their office) but it still made us feel bad and he had no reason to say that. Last, the salesman (whom I'd give an "A" rating), told me the truck would have a full tank of fuel. The truck had a 36 gallon tank and after they went to fill it the tank gauge read 3/4. The salesman said that they had a limit on how much gas they could put in each vehicle and the size of this ones tank exceeded that amount. Sorry, but that was really pretty bad on their part. They should do what they say they'll do, no questions asked. Would we buy from them again: Yes, but I'd insist on some things being different to minimize the amount of time spent at the dealership. More

Although still waiting on pictures, and being hounded to give them my credit card number for a deposit, keep in mind (still waiting on a picture) before I spend upwards of 40k dollars. I decide to take the risk of not getting my deposit back if the one picture of the vehicle does not turn out to be What I wanted , So I call the salesman and said I am ready to give you my card for the deposit, and get a response of sorry we sold it 5 min ago, ( quote on quote You did not give us a deposit yet. Which was all chuck cared about.My response was : I was waiting to see more than one tiny little picture of the bumper before I was going to make a big financial decision. I think that was a fair statement to make. All chuck (Charles) cared about was getting my credit card for a deposit, rather then the agreement we had been working on all day, and couldn't take ten minutes to go get a couple pictures in the parking lot to put my mind at ease, and would have gladly given him my card number to finish the deal. All done now don't plan on getting any deals done with chuck if you are not willing to put a non refundable deposit down before you can even get a picture of the vehicle you are thinking of buying. Also there is absolutely no meaning in the sales managers office even after coming to an agreement. Really hard to work with these people if you are not from Kellogg to go look at the vehicle in person. More

Simply outstanding!! Flew from Sacramento to Spokane Monday evening. Was picked up by Dave Smith driver at 8:00 AM Tuesday morning. Arrived at dealership around 9:30. Thanks to my sales associate Cole Furnham and accessory manager Cruz Snyder, as well as finance manager Hugh (by the way thanks for your service to our country Hugh) this was an awesome experience. Very friendly folks!! Everyone did everything just as they said they would. That is important!! More
