I rarely even look at other dealers as i know I will be treated right at Dave Smith. Billy is the man and rocks the house. Thank you and keep up the great work. More

5 hours to process a deal that was already done My compliant is not about any one employee but about how poorly the sale was processed. My wife and I drove 295 miles to Dave Smith, but prior to that we had made the deal and had a pre-approved financing agreement. On arrival about 1200 PM, we were met by a very young sales person who had little to no knowledge of the vehicle we purchased, he learned as we learned which tool a couple of hours. Next the deal was not ready. We sat in the showroom for 3 hours waiting for the financial department to approve the deal. The the vehicle wasn't ready and again we were waiting. Next we were taken to do the paperwork and another hour went by. All told it took 5 1/2 hours to process a deal that was done. To say the least our patience was spent and we still had a 6 hour drive home on a dark and stormy night. I let Paul know of our displeasure and unfortunately he let us know how busy they were. Paul should learn the last thing a customer wants to hear is the companies problems. Just to let the DS leadership know we passed dozens of car dealers on our trip to Kellogg ID. Nothing personal but I in good faith can not endorse DS Motors and we neverl let a good deal lure us away from our local dealership. You should all clearly understand Time is Money for your customer too. I tried with as much kindness as I could muster to let them know we had a long trip home but nothing sped up. So the take away is don't brag about sales volume but treat your customers as you did us. Do not take this out our your employees, they did the best the could with the tools they were provided; your company is to blame particularly the leadership/owners. No Chevy on Vehicle Brand below??? More

My experience was for the most part great! The one bad experience was they had someone talk to me about my possible trade in and he criticized my 2003 pickup beyond belief without ever seeing it.
