Purchase of 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel Tradesman I dealt with a young salesman (Colter Henry) and an accessory salesman (Ryan Buck) and both were very good... We went thru our trade-in, the truck I w I dealt with a young salesman (Colter Henry) and an accessory salesman (Ryan Buck) and both were very good... We went thru our trade-in, the truck I was searching for and the accessories I wanted... Both were very good at finding what I wanted and getting me written documentation of all issues I discussed, time frame required to complete my truck and financing options, etc... It all worked out well with financing also as I was able to use the cuddle program with our local Credit Union... When we picked it up all went well and the finance department (Osborne) whipped us thru all the paperwork fast and thoroughly so we could get on the road for our 850 mile drive home back to Ely Nevada (in a snowstorm)... Colter called and checked on us later to see how it was going and if everything seemed satisfactory after a few hundred miles on the road... I am pleased with the truck and with the cooperation and concern all your employees had for our needs and concerns... I would recommend David Smith Auto over all the other "closer" Dodge Dealers that I had contacted even though they are David Smith Auto is 850 miles away... This due to trade-in discussions, new truck discussions, interest rate/loan discussions and overall pleasant sales personnel... No BS and gave me a deal I could live with and in a time frame that met my needs... Well worth the drive... I am an Electrical Engineer at a Power Cooperative in Nevada and I deal with consumers/customers all the time and feel that your personnel did a great job...
