Fix side view mirror I have purchased many vehicles from your dealership including 2 Hummers, 2 Corvettes, 4 Lexus'. It takes me an hour to bring in my vehicle from Litchfield, but I know when I leave my auto's in the service department and Joseph Cetta it will be handled professionally and t my satisfaction. Less than Impressed It frustrates me that every individual who seems to visit this dealership has had a positive experience EXCEPT for me. At first the sales representati It frustrates me that every individual who seems to visit this dealership has had a positive experience EXCEPT for me. At first the sales representative was friendly and accommodating, once he realized I was older than I initially appeared. Once the deal had been made I started noticing that there were mistakes in the numbers. The sales tax was calculated wrong, my discount was made a rebate so that it was taxable, and the amount charged for the registration and title was 200 over the amount it was initially said to cost. During my phone call to clear up these mistakes I was treated poorly as the manager I was forwarded to blatantly insulted my intelligence and refused to listen to anything I had to say. He then became angry and frustrated with me and refused to further explain or listen to what I had to say. After the phone call I went to pick up the car, only because I had already given the dealership a down payment, and was thoroughly put off. I sat down with their financial coordinator who was the nicest employee of that location and the numbers were wrong again. I had been given false numbers over the phone again, FROM THE MANAGER. There are ways in which the numbers are run through a system and they should have been correct if the manager is stating that they will be. The financial manager was nice enough to go and talk to the manager about his conduct throughout our conversation and he began to yell that he had told me everything and insulted my intelligence yet again. I say again that the Financial Coordinator was very understanding and did an excellent job in calming me down and supporting me and getting me excited about my new car. I did all the paper work and no one collected my down payment, they were about to let me drive off with the rest of the money that was supposed to go towards the down payment. Had I been a sketchy person, I could've driven off with their money. Long story short I would not recommend this Chevy location, I have been a Chevy driver all of my life as have my parents and am disgusted with the way that I was treated at this location. They were terrible salesmen and I am overall disappointed with the car buying experience. They did not deserve my business, nor do they deserve anyone else's. More

Car Service, nightmare I've never gone to the point of posting reviews. Unfortunately my experience from scheduling my service appointment, to the day it was scheduled for " I've never gone to the point of posting reviews. Unfortunately my experience from scheduling my service appointment, to the day it was scheduled for "2 hours' and took 9 1/2 (which I only was made aware because I contacted them), to the next day having to go back because they put a part on wrong, to the management and staffs need to defend what happened as opposed to a simple apology, Yes its fare to say "my" experience was not good. They send countless "rate us" emails but they must not read them because to date I've received zero communication from them. In the end I'm paying out of pocket to bring my car to another shop to check there work. My "ABS" light is on , which they fixed. My Steering is clicking and knocking, which they fixed?? Good Luck More
