Dartmouth Nissan could pay one month car payment. That was mentioned to me by a manager. He said he would try to make the first car payment for me because of the hassle I went through. How ever that did not happen. I bought the car then I was told I couldn’t take it home. The salesman told me it could take up to 2 weeks max. This was after i agreed to buy the car and my credit was ran. He said even faster if the title was sent electronically. So I bought the insurance thinking it would be quicker than 2 weeks because he said max. I even made the second insurance payment before I got the car. 2 weeks went by I had to call him Anthony Bramucci. He then tells me probably 10 more days. 2 more weeks went by nobody reached out to me. I then called and talked to manager John Pina. John said I’ll call you right back. He never called me back. Instead I get a call from Anthony saying he doesn’t work there anymore but he’s going to help me because he sold me the car. Why would I want somebody that doesn’t work there any more to be involved. He didn’t help me when he did work there. The next day I went to Dartmouth Nissan talked to another manager that seemed to feel bad and offered to pay my first car payment. When i finally got the car it was a bit dirty under the hood and inside the console. Seeing a manager mentioned paying my first payment that is what can help me to feel a little bit better.
